Capricorn

In Greek mythology, Capricorn is associated with Pricus, the father of sea-goats — intelligent, honorable creatures who could speak and think. Pricus was created by Kronos (Saturn/Time) and was immortal. When his children began venturing onto land and losing their intelligence, becoming ordinary goats, Pricus tried to turn back time to prevent this but could not change their fate. In his grief at being the last sea-goat, Kronos placed him among the stars as the constellation Capricorn. Another myth connects Capricorn to Pan, who transformed his lower half into a fish tail to escape the monster Typhon. This dual nature — part goat, part fish — represents Capricorn's ability to navigate both the material and emotional worlds.
