About This Game

The game is set in 1995 on the fictional continent of Usea, taking place 15 years before the events of Ace Combat 5. The player assumes the role of "Cipher," a mercenary ace pilot for the nation of Ustio. Ustio has been invaded by the neighboring and technologically advanced Federation of Belka.
