About This Game

The game shifts the traditional 2D action gameplay of the Mega Man X series to a single-player, story-driven JRPG format set in an alternate timeline in the 22XX century. The story is told through an extensive number of cutscenes and focuses on X leading a team of Maverick Hunters to stop a rebellion in the artificial island of Giga City.
